🧺 Ingredients
- 2 portions fresh wheat noodles (or udon)
- 3 tbsp chunjang (black bean paste)
- 150 g pork belly, diced
- 1 onion + 1 small zucchini, diced big
- 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 cup water + cornstarch slurry

Fry the chunjang in 2 tbsp oil over low heat for 2 minutes to kill the bitterness.

Push aside, crank the heat, and sear the pork until the edges crisp.

Add onion and zucchini, stir-fry 3 minutes, then mix everything with sugar and oyster sauce.

Pour in water, simmer 3 minutes, thicken with slurry until it coats a spoon.
