The short version

PhantomBite is a free parody website. You do not need an account to use it, we never process real payments, and we never sell your data. Optional accounts and all of your activity (cart, orders, coupons, pet, collection) are stored only in your own browser — not on our servers.

Information we handle

  • Local browser storage: if you create an optional account, your email, a hashed password, and your in-site activity are saved in your browser's localStorage on your device. We cannot read it and it never reaches our servers.
  • Standard server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) and image/CDN provider may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
  • If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies to operate the site and, where enabled, to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or www.aboutads.info. Visitors in the EU, UK, and other applicable regions are shown a consent choice that controls ad personalisation.

You can clear your browser storage at any time to remove your account and all saved activity. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Because your data lives on your device, clearing it is permanent and cannot be recovered by us.

Children

PhantomBite is general-audience entertainment and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
