🧺 Ingredients
- 1 portion fresh ramen noodles
- 2 cups good chicken stock
- Tare: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp mirin, 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 soft-boiled egg (6.5 minutes)
- Scallions, nori, leftover roast pork if you have it

Boil the egg for exactly 6.5 minutes, then shock in ice water.

Mix the tare in the bottom of your serving bowl.

Bring stock to a bare simmer — don't boil the soul out of it.

Cook noodles 30 seconds less than the pack says; drain hard.

Pour stock over tare, add noodles, arrange toppings like you're being judged.
