🧺 Ingredients
- 2 cups milk + 2 tbsp condensed milk, frozen in a shallow tray
- 1 cup sweet red beans (canned danpat)
- Injeolmi or tteok pieces, cut small
- Condensed milk for drizzling, roasted soybean powder (misugaru/kinako)

Freeze the milk mix at least 4 hours ahead (do this in the morning).

Scrape the frozen milk with a fork into fluffy snow — or pulse in a blender.

Mound the snow high in a bowl. Height is the whole point.
