🧺 Ingredients
- 1 tsp good matcha (culinary grade is fine, snobs be gone)
- 3 tbsp hot water (80°C, not boiling)
- 1 cup milk + honey to taste + ice

Sift the matcha into a bowl. Lumps are the enemy of peace.

Whisk with hot water in a zigzag 'W' until foamy.
