Matcha Latte

Stone-ground green tea whisked into milk. Tastes like a calm you haven't felt since 2019.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 tsp good matcha (culinary grade is fine, snobs be gone)
  • 3 tbsp hot water (80°C, not boiling)
  • 1 cup milk + honey to taste + ice

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Sift the matcha into a bowl. Lumps are the enemy of peace.

    Whisk with hot water in a zigzag 'W' until foamy.

    Pour milk over ice, then float the matcha on top in green stripes.

    Photograph the gradient. Stir. Sigh contentedly.
