🧺 Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice (soaked 10 min in hot water)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp sugar + 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 ripe mango, sliced
- Toasted sesame or mung beans for crunch

Microwave the soaked rice with 3/4 cup water, covered, 3 + 3 minutes with a stir between.

Warm coconut milk with sugar and salt; don't boil.

Pour 2/3 of the coconut sauce over the hot rice; rest 10 minutes to absorb.
