🧺 Ingredients
- 1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp melted butter + 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Cilantro or parsley, chopped

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and yogurt into a shaggy dough; knead 2 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes, divide into 4, roll into teardrops.

Cook in a dry, very hot pan ~90 seconds a side until it puffs and blisters.

Brush immediately with garlic butter, shower with herbs.
