  • 600 g chicken wings, patted very dry
  • 1 tbsp baking powder + 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp hot sauce (Frank's style)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Ranch or blue cheese dip, celery sticks

    Toss wings with baking powder and salt — this is the crisp cheat code.

    Air-fry at 200°C for 16–18 minutes, flipping once (or bake at max, longer).

    Melt butter into the hot sauce — whisk until it turns silky orange.

    Toss the wings in the sauce the second they come out.
