🥗Bibimbap
A color wheel of vegetables over rice, demolished with gochujang.

🧺 Ingredients
- 2 bowls warm rice
- Spinach, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms — sautéed separately with salt
- 150 g ground beef + 1 tbsp soy + 1 tsp sugar
- 2 fried eggs, sunny side up
- Sauce: 2 tbsp gochujang + 1 tbsp sesame oil + 1 tsp sugar

Sauté each vegetable 1–2 minutes — separately. The colors must not touch. Yet.

Brown the seasoned beef 3 minutes.

Arrange everything over rice in neat wedges like a color wheel.

Crown with the egg, take the photo now — this is its final form.

Add sauce and destroy everything you just arranged. Mix violently.
