Bibimbap

A color wheel of vegetables over rice, demolished with gochujang.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 2 bowls warm rice
  • Spinach, carrot, zucchini, mushrooms — sautéed separately with salt
  • 150 g ground beef + 1 tbsp soy + 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 fried eggs, sunny side up
  • Sauce: 2 tbsp gochujang + 1 tbsp sesame oil + 1 tsp sugar

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Sauté each vegetable 1–2 minutes — separately. The colors must not touch. Yet.

    Brown the seasoned beef 3 minutes.

    Arrange everything over rice in neat wedges like a color wheel.

  4. 4

    Crown with the egg, take the photo now — this is its final form.

    Add sauce and destroy everything you just arranged. Mix violently.
