🧺 Ingredients
- 300 g thin pork shoulder slices
- Marinade: 2 tbsp achiote or mild chili paste, 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tsp cumin, garlic
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 8 small corn tortillas
- White onion, cilantro, lime

Massage the pork with the marinade; rest 10 minutes while the pan heats.

Sear pork on high, 2 minutes a side, until edges char; rest, then chop.

Char the pineapple chunks in the same pan.

Warm tortillas directly on the flame or a dry pan, 10 seconds a side.

Build: pork, pineapple, onion, cilantro, lime. Two hands minimum.
