  • 1 cup rice + 1 cup black beans + 200 g seasoned beef or chicken
  • Cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole

    Warm the tortilla 15 seconds so it bends without protest.

    Layer fillings in a fat log across the lower third. Do not overfill. You will overfill.

    Fold sides in, then roll forward tight like a sleeping bag.
