🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 ball store-bought pizza dough (250 g)
  • 1/2 cup canned crushed tomatoes + pinch of salt
  • 125 g fresh mozzarella, torn
  • Fresh basil, olive oil

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Crank the oven to its maximum with a tray inside for 15 minutes.

    Stretch dough on parchment — thin middle, chubby edge.

    Spread tomatoes thin; you should see dough through it.

    Slide onto the hot tray, bake 7–9 minutes; add mozzarella halfway.
