Pepperoni Pizza

Curled, crispy pepperoni cups with little pools of spicy oil.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 ball store-bought pizza dough (250 g)
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes + pinch of oregano
  • 100 g low-moisture mozzarella, shredded
  • Plenty of small-diameter pepperoni (the kind that curls)
  • Honey or chili oil for the crust (optional, elite)

    Max-heat the oven with a tray inside for 15 minutes.

    Stretch dough thin, sauce lightly, cheese evenly.

    Shingle pepperoni edge to edge — they shrink, so overdo it.

    Bake 8–10 minutes until the pepperoni curls into crispy cups.
