🧺 Ingredients

  • 12 frozen dumplings (no shame, they're great)
  • 2 tbsp oil, 1/3 cup water
  • Dip: 2 tbsp soy, 1 tbsp vinegar, chili flakes

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Fry the dumplings flat-side down in oil until the bottoms are deep gold.

    Pour in the water, lid on, steam 5 minutes.

    Lid off, let the water vanish, crisp 1 more minute.

    Dip. Burn mouth. Wait zero minutes. Repeat.
