🧺 Ingredients
- 1 store-bought tonkatsu (or leftover fried cutlet)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 big bowl hot rice, scallions
👩🍳 Steps
- 1
Heat the cutlet until crisp (oven or air fryer), slice into strips.

Simmer onion in the sauce in a small pan until translucent, 3 minutes.
- 3
Lay the cutlet on the onions, pour egg around in a spiral.
- 4
Lid on, 60–90 seconds — the egg should tremble, not bounce.
