  • 2 slices thick milk bread
  • Tonkatsu sauce, thin cabbage shreds, karashi mustard (optional)

    Heat the katsu until crisp; dunk both sides in sauce.

    Bread, cabbage, katsu, bread. Press gently 1 minute.

    Trim the crusts. Cut in half to reveal the cross-section.
