🧺 Ingredients

  • Big bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese + 1 cup seasoned beef or beans
  • Jalapeños, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, scallions

    LAYER: chips, cheese, meat — then repeat. Layering is everything.

    Bake at 200°C for 8 minutes until the cheese cascades.

    Cold toppings AFTER the oven: salsa, crema, guac, jalapeños.
