Espresso-soaked layers in a cup. 'Pick me up' — literally.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 1/2 cup cold whipping cream + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee), cooled
  • 8 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Whip cream and sugar to soft peaks, then fold in mascarpone.

    Dip each ladyfinger in espresso for exactly one second — they drown fast.

  3. 3

    Layer in cups: cookies, cream, cookies, cream.

  4. 4

    Chill 10 minutes if you can wait. You can't. That's fine.

    Dust generously with cocoa right before eating.
