🧺 Ingredients
- 150 g mascarpone
- 1/2 cup cold whipping cream + 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee), cooled
- 8 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting

Whip cream and sugar to soft peaks, then fold in mascarpone.

Dip each ladyfinger in espresso for exactly one second — they drown fast.
