🧺 Ingredients
- 1 tube silken tofu (sundubu)
- 2 tbsp gochugaru + 1 tbsp oil + garlic (chili oil base)
- Handful of clams or 50 g pork, 1.5 cups water, 1 egg

Bloom gochugaru and garlic in oil over low heat — 90 seconds, no burning.

Add water and clams/pork; boil 4 minutes.

Slide in the tofu in big spoonfuls; simmer 3 minutes.
