🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 tube silken tofu (sundubu)
  • 2 tbsp gochugaru + 1 tbsp oil + garlic (chili oil base)
  • Handful of clams or 50 g pork, 1.5 cups water, 1 egg

👩‍🍳 Steps

    Bloom gochugaru and garlic in oil over low heat — 90 seconds, no burning.

    Add water and clams/pork; boil 4 minutes.

    Slide in the tofu in big spoonfuls; simmer 3 minutes.

    Crack the egg in, kill the heat, count to twenty, eat.
