🧺 Ingredients
- 1 big bowl day-old rice
- 1 cup sour kimchi, chopped, plus 2 tbsp kimchi juice
- 100 g spam or bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp butter
- 1 fried egg, sesame oil, seaweed flakes

Crisp the spam in a hot pan — no oil needed, it brings its own.

Add kimchi and stir-fry 2 minutes until it smells slightly caramelized.

Add rice, kimchi juice and gochujang; break clumps and fry 4 minutes.

Kill the heat, stir in butter and a drop of sesame oil.
