🧺 Ingredients
- 1 cup water + 2 tbsp butter + pinch salt + 1 cup flour (choux-ish dough)
- Piping bag with a star tip
- Cinnamon sugar + thick hot chocolate for dipping

Boil water and butter, dump in flour, stir into a smooth ball.

Pipe straight lines into 175°C oil; snip with scissors.
