Boogi's Wardrobe: How to Unlock All 9 Outfits (and Which Suit a Chubby Ghost)

From the free ribbon to the Level 5 crown, here's the exact unlock condition for every outfit in your pet ghost's wardrobe — plus honest styling advice for the later chub tiers.

Boogi's Wardrobe: How to Unlock All 9 Outfits (and Which Suit a Chubby Ghost)

Every logged-in PhantomBite member gets Boogi, a pet ghost who eats your dodged calories and grows steadily rounder for it. And a ghost who is putting in that kind of work deserves to be dressed well. The wardrobe in the sidebar pet dock holds nine looks, each unlocked by a different kind of progress: your member level, your Dish-dex, or your Ghost Passport. Here is the complete unlock list, followed by styling notes nobody asked for.

The full wardrobe, in unlock order

  • Bare — free. The classic ghost silhouette. Timeless, minimalist, slightly naked
  • Ribbon — free from day one. A gift for showing up
  • Cap — reach Level 1. The starter streetwear
  • Sunglasses — reach Level 2. The only outfit worn on the eyes instead of the head
  • Rider helmet — reach Level 3. Ironic, given our riders' navigation record
  • Travel scarf — get passport stamps from 3 different cities. The wanderer's badge
  • Gourmet cap — register 10 dishes in your Dish-dex. A graduation cap for eating nothing, ten times
  • Top hat — register 20 dishes. Formalwear for the serious collector
  • Crown — reach Level 5. The endgame. Royalty confirmed

Three progress tracks, one closet

Notice the pattern: levels unlock four outfits (cap, sunglasses, helmet, crown), the Dish-dex unlocks two (gourmet cap at 10 dishes, top hat at 20), and the Ghost Passport unlocks one (travel scarf at 3 cities). Since your delivery city is random each order, the scarf usually unlocks itself within a handful of orders without any effort — the rider gets lost in enough places on your behalf. The dex hats are the ones that reward deliberate play: order different base dishes rather than re-ordering your favorite.

Dressing for the chub tiers

Boogi has five chubbiness tiers, fed by cumulative dodged calories, ending at the magnificent Absolute unit stage. Outfits do not stretch. This creates fashion questions the industry has never faced. Our findings, after extensive staring:

  • Early tiers: the ribbon and cap read as cute and proportionate — enjoy them while the proportions last
  • Middle tiers: sunglasses scale beautifully; a wide ghost in sunglasses simply looks like it knows something you don't
  • Absolute unit: the top hat and crown are the correct answers. A very round ghost in a top hat has the gravitas of a Victorian banker; the crown just states facts
  • The rider helmet is the sleeper pick at every size — safety first for a ghost that travels nowhere
You cannot make a ghost thinner. You can only make it better dressed.

To actually change clothes, open the pet dock in the sidebar — the same panel where you can rename Boogi and pick a hobby preset like 'Getting lost' or 'Doing nothing (professionally)'. Locked outfits show their condition, so the wardrobe doubles as a quiet to-do list. And if you ever feel the collection pulling you to order ten more dishes just for a hat: yes. That is exactly the intended effect, it costs $0, and the hat is worth it. 🎩
